Good salary Good food Office space

Inconvénients

Manager - only my team manager . Never mingles with the team. Never encourges or participates in any of the org activities. Wants to be authoritative. Most of the time our team feels to have a differnt manager. No feedback is taken from the employees. Its hell. No fun activities, no team lunches, no team outings. Other teams are laughight at us n says r u working in our company. Its high time for the management to take a feedback from reportees regarding their managers and take appropriate steps to resolve the issue. In long run employees would be happy to leave than to stay.
