      Very poor salary Very high staff turnover which they don’t seem to care about Willing to let a lot of good staff go Don’t listen to their staff who have been in the job for many years and just want to be appreciated

      Avantages

      The people working there form a great team. The workplace has decent flexibility hours and work from home arrangements; however, work from home is extremely tedious and doesn't work well - leading to potential issues.

      Inconvénients

      Low & uncompetitive salaries. Work is never ending, in a bad way. Decisions are made without considering the right employees and there is a major cost cutting exercise by eliminating employees, meaning not a steady job.
