      Avantages

      MAPFRE has a wonderful culture and history. The management team in my department make you feel valued and respected. Good employee benefits of holidays, pension, health insurance and discount card etc. The Bristol office is a nice environment albeit very busy.

      Inconvénients

      None I can think of.

      Avantages

      The people working there form a great team. The workplace has decent flexibility hours and work from home arrangements; however, work from home is extremely tedious and doesn't work well - leading to potential issues.

      Inconvénients

      Low & uncompetitive salaries. Work is never ending, in a bad way. Decisions are made without considering the right employees and there is a major cost cutting exercise by eliminating employees, meaning not a steady job.
