      Avantages

      Being such a small team, it is very easy to participate in many different tasks within the CFD department. Tools automation and Correlation are the two main areas of work.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes it feels like there was a lack of technical expertise and strategic direction in mid and senior levels. Communication could have been an issue sometimes.
