      Quite a bit of innovation Google-related brand recognition Some lateral mobility available Some colleagues/teams are actually helpful

      Inconvénients

      They claim to be people-first but don't seem interested in compensating fairly for the amount of experience they're seeking They claim to be collaborative but people really are more competitive - there's not a ton of transparency or collaboration (especially between international teams) For a data driven company, a lot of decisions seem to be driven by the HIPPO

      It had a start up feel which was cool

      Inconvénients

      At the time, there weren't a lot of clients so it was scary to not know if you were going to be laid off
