      - Lack of training sessions for entry level employees (especially, sometimes suffered with understanding of NGS technology) - Needs to be more ambitious

      Avantages

      1. No pressure for tough work (easy work) 2. Good Manager 3. Free Tea and Coffee 4. Sponsorship 5. You can be a one who can change the work environment and be the best employee if you work hard with a little money 6. The manager will care about you well to not let you think about quitting the job. 7. a little bit Flexible work time

      Inconvénients

      1. Low salary 2. No future as a software engineer 3. No communication with coworkers 4. No talented or passionated coworkers 5. Old System 6. Coworkers don't care about the basic rules of Coding like Design Pattern, So it is literally a disaster. Only you can learn from the manager. It means nothing is good, and the company systems including the software system are not good. you will have hard to learn from this system.
