      Avantages

      MHA is an awesome place to work. No micro-managing, no stress other than the stress that you place upon yourself. You are treated like an adult and expected to manage your own time in order to meet deadlines. Great leadership from top to bottom. Accountants have their own offices which allows for an uninterrupted, focused work environment. The teamwork is amazing! This is the best place that I have ever worked! Everything is darn near perfect!

      Inconvénients

      Pay is no longer competitive now that there are remote positions all over the world that have come open to Accountants, most of which pays more than the average salary for an MHA Accountant. There are currently no remote options for Accountants.

      Avantages

      Work Monday through Friday establishment. Most of the coworkers are great to work with on a daily basis. A form of insurance is available, but not free. If you have children this company is family friendly.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is low No confidentiality in supervisor and employee relations. Insurance is rather high based on pay of employees. The company does not utilize the employees it has for raises, but believes in hiring from outside temporary agencies.
