      Good stepping stone as external people are just now starting to understand how useless MaRS Innovation is

      Inconvénients

      Management is useless, divisive, swapping favourites monthly. Sad how tax dollars pays wasted on such craziness

      Avantages

      Good opportunity to build your network with industry and investors. A chance to find exciting projects and to become a part of something bigger than yourself in bringing breakthrough innovations to the market.

      Inconvénients

      Highly political, no leadership. People, client organizations and facts are not valued. The CEO is autocratic, bullies people. Employee opinions are not valued. Recognition of contributions are not based on merit. Result is low morale and a gossiping, backstabbing environment. Downright demotivating.
