      Avantages

      I was only at MBA for a short period of time but the team were incredibly welcoming and helpful. A really tight knit group of genuinely nice people from junior to senior level who make an effort to support each other through the working day. Everyone works closely and collaboratively towards providing the best service to the client and is invested in producing good quality work. Fast paced agency environment Lots of opportunities to socialise if you want. Really modern well located offices in co-working style building with good facilities and atmosphere in communal spaces

      Inconvénients

      Smaller agency means that team members take on a number of tasks / responsibilities outside of their core specialism. (not really a negative, especially for those looking to gain as much exposure to as broad of a range of experience as possible but something to be aware of. This was also made clear on joining) MBA's dedicated office space within the building can be a bit cramped when full (but can work in common areas if needed)

      Avantages

      The internship programme talked me through the advertising world including terms, job roles, companies and adverts. Throughout the week you build up your knowledge and research clients, compile creative briefs, and at the end of the week you give a presentation.

      Inconvénients

      Welcome the interns more, but it is hard because it is only a week internship.
