12yThank you for sharing your individual experience and opinion. We respect the voice of both former employees and current employees in order to continue to improve as an Employer. We are sincerely sorry to hear about your situation. We recognize that who we are is made up of our internal talent which is why we put a Workforce Development Team in place. Unfortunately, that does not change that your personal experience, but we are working to continuously invest in the professional development of our employees.
The Workforce Development team created a 90-day Onboarding program that involved Senior Leadership follow-up throughout. The result has been phenomenal and the learning opportunities and training that have been incorporated into this program have been effective. As part of this initiative, we took a step back and re-evaluated our hiring practices and defined our core competencies. We developed management interview questions, training and based our performance management efforts around these core competencies. Our motto is to hire for attitude and train for skill. Honesty, integrity and work ethic are highly valued throughout our hiring and management practices.
We understand you are no longer working with us, but wanted to take a moment to share with you that your feedback matters. We will continue to listen to employees and give all that we can to help them to reach their goals. No one is perfect, but we will whole-heartedly strive to do all we can to support the success of our employees.
