Avantages
I really can't say anything good about this company. Healthcare is something you can get at any company in this industry. Covered parking? Not going to make me stay!
Inconvénients
*ZERO training and I mean NONE. *NO guidelines. Nothing is in writing and every person will tell you something different. *The system is a DINOSAUR and half of it is in Spanish! It never works right and agents are mad 99% of the time because the system messes up so much. *Management has no idea what they are doing and should be fired. This place is an absolute joke and I can't wait until I can quit. Taking this job was the biggest mistake of my life. None of these issues were disclosed to me during an interview.
