      Avantages

      Literally none, our firm is a complete waste of time.

      Inconvénients

      -Founders are aloof and have no idea what is going on in the market -Compensation is minimal and based on a grimey commission model ($35K Salaries!) -We work on a random hodge podge of jobs and are known in the industry as bottom feeders -Management writes fake reviews as you can see with the two positive reviews here -Team mates are honestly garbage. We recently took all the leftover talent from Mercury and a bunch of failed undergrads. We cant be a winning team if we just take people willing to work on a $35K salary because they have no skills -terrible work culture; no team morale or team unity -bosses beg us to work harder all the time because they dont know how to manage their clients -firm is losing clients fast -

      This review is false and inaccurate. It is filled with false data (including compensation data) and appears to be written by a competitor that we poached someone from. Since 2008 Long Ridge Partners has lost two Recruiters to competitors, and those competitors were large multi national recruiting firms. Long Ridge Partners prides itself on our culture, retention rate and professional relationship with our outstanding business partners.       Avantages

      Great clients to recruit for and firm is willing to spend money to make money when it comes to investing in resources. Lots of perks - full office (including support staff) goes to Caribbean every other year and many outings and out-of-office gatherings throughout the year.

      Inconvénients

      It’s recruiting. You either like the commission structure or you don’t.
