      Avantages

      It was a great place to work. Good culture. Great support for someone who was new to the field.

      Inconvénients

      Didn't survive after a 4th round of mass layoffs. Every time there were layoffs, we were told there would be no more.

      The people. Smart coworkers who happily help and plenty of department recognition if you put in the work.

      Pay could be more competitive with inflation.

      Avantages

      You learn a lot about the industry Some of the people are great to work with The time off & holiday schedules are decent

      Inconvénients

      The pay is below market value in most positions The company reorganizes at least one team every 2-3 months Upper upper management doesn't care at all about the employees The culture has gotten so bad Leadership has gotten less transparent every year and it's one of the core values! I bet half the human positions are gone by next year
