      Avantages

      -Can Work Remote if on 2nd and 3rd Shift. -Very Nice Benefits Package -Looks good on resume for advancement

      Inconvénients

      -No Training, especially on 2nd and 3rd shifts. - Off shifts cannot rotate days. -365X24X7 model creates strange schedules for people. -Work Environment feels as if longer term employee's not happy. Overworked. Not liking new process. -Newer Employee's having hard time learning everything. -No 401k Match is unheard of. Shame on you LTI. -Last Minute Mandatory Overtime.
