      Can be flexible work hours depending on ur manager

      Inconvénients

      At times there could be limited structure and communication around priorities and dealines. Overworked and underpaid. Workflows and expectations could've been clearer which would help teams stay aligned and improve efficiency- management is all over the place and is unprofessional.
