      Avantages

      True 40 hour workweek, 13.33 hours of PTO per month, and 100 holiday hours per year. Pay is good but not great. I have a team of good people.

      Inconvénients

      There are people that are actively resistant to doing work, managers are aware of it, and yet they're still employed. Leadership isn't very involved in solving problems that are experienced across programs. Lots of outdated technologies and out-of-touch leaders that have been with the company for decades, but aren't up to speed on modern processes or technology.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
