- Being such a large company, it is tough to initiate change and have your opinions heard - Salaries are somewhat lower than comparable companies in the industry (although compensation as a whole is very fair if you consider graduate degree payment) - There is a ton of red tape that makes a lot of processes inefficient and tough to manage
