      Great Benefits. Free 10% in 401K if you put in 8%. Great Healthcare. and Very flexible work schedule. you can not work fridays, not work every other friday, or change your hours pretty flexibly.

      Inconvénients

      Slower to move up. You have to apply internally to move up, they dont promote in place often

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
