      Avantages

      I have really enjoyed working at LM and the professionalism isn't something I have experienced elsewhere.

      Inconvénients

      Overtime isn't something that is always approved so you can work many unpaid hours.

      Still have to maintain legacy application. Lots of red tape.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
