      Avantages

      People will stay in the same position for many years doing easy work.

      Inconvénients

      There is no employee development. Sr. Management will not address behavioral issues of managers or staff. They simply believe the issues will magically go away or tell you to "work it out" or "deal with it". Cultural Diversity is non-existent in upper management positions.

      Great company! Given lots of opportunity to build new skills.

      Inconvénients

      Still have to maintain legacy application. Lots of red tape.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
