      Avantages

      Great work life balance and great benefits. I would work here for the first two to five years of my career.

      Inconvénients

      No room for growth within company and it is hard to learn. I would suggest Lockheed Martin to someone who just came out of college and not for a long term career.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
