      I like the weekly paycheck, benefits package, and 401k

      Inconvénients

      This is a large company with all the usual shortfalls of management. Promotions are very difficult, transfers are very parochial, and performance assessments are unfair. Employees compete against each other to be rated, and if one is in an exclusive category for a site, there is cross competition between business units for ratings.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
