      Avantages

      Excellent pay and decent (but diminishing) benefits.

      Inconvénients

      As with any large corporation, there are many differences depending on your particular business and workgroup. Unfortunately, constant layoffs and reorganizations seem to reveal the true nature of the business where the people are just resources to be used and discarded when not convenient to help them find other positions.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
