      Avantages

      Staff is mission oriented, seem to care about sustainability to some degree

      Inconvénients

      Seem more concerned with being a hip tech company than actually creating a working product. They over promise and underperform. Will certainly be out of business soon if they aren't already.

      Great place to learn about innovative CEA techniques and principles

      Inconvénients

      Management had a hard time setting realistic expectations, goals and sustainable practices; seems they didn't have a lot of experience.
