      Avantages

      I love working with Local Color NY because there is a mutual respect between the employers and myself. When an employee is valued, it shows in the way they are treated and I have had only pleasant experiences working with this company. No matter what part you play in a company's process, it is always nice to feel appreciated for the part you play and they recognize my efforts freely. I have a lot of respect for how much work they put in to each project, providing outstanding quality to their customers. As an employee of Local Color NY, it is satisfying to know that anything I contribute will be a part of a larger effort by everyone in the company to provide an exceptional end product for each client.

      From my first day on the job, I could tell that the people, the atmosphere, and the variety of work involved are what made this studio a place that I wanted be a part of. Everyone working at the studio is easy-going and friendly, which is in large part what lends to such a comfortable work environment. Whether you want to join in on conversation with your fellow employees or put your headphones on and focus in on the task at hand, you'll find yourself in the right environment. Through the spectrum of work that is provided, asking questions is encouraged and there are many opportunities to learn and grow on a personal and professional level. Overall, with these factors in mind, I've had an exceptional experience working at Local Color NY. It's one that I truly feel lucky to have found.
