Avantages

LoadSpring has a good solution for the AEC/Project Owners market and some really good technical resources in the Company to help deliver it. LoadSpring provides good compensation but this is balanced with the hours they expect you to work and the working environment. Many employees can work remotely. LoadSpring provide a cultural enrichment benefit which is a nice perk.

Inconvénients

Very much depends on where you are in the Company. Long hours are the norm and the culture is very difficult to adjust to. If you make it to six months you have done well. Lots of staff turnover, especially in Sales. This is still run like a start up in some ways but not in terms of process and systems which are heavy for a company of this size. No real delegation or empowerment. Almost every decision goes up to the top. It is still a founder owned Company and is run like one. Lack of succession planning and no concept that people are the biggest asset to the firm. Everyone can be replaced culture.

Inconvénients

This leadership wants no feed back. They refuse to change anything and the company is constantly worrying about loss of revenue. - No diversity in leadership other than one caucasian female in HR and one in Support. I highly suggest avoiding this job. The manager, CTO and Leads put on a smiley face to get you in the door during the interview, then it all changes fast. They lay off people to avoid giving raises. - Leadership and senior staff make it known you are below them. - The manager in support ignores you most of the time. Legit tells you not speak to him and to go to your Lead for any issue. - The CTO has a reputation for throwing staff under the bus. - You will consistently be harrassed. - Everyone is miserable. - They do not give raises or bonuses. - The recruiter lies to get you in the door. - The Leads are ultra confrontational. - Asking for help is viewed as not doing your job. - Tier 3's are supposed to be your mentors, but mostly have an attitude when they have to do their jobs. - All the managers are stretched very thin along with the workers. - Management tends to lash out at workers for not knowing protocol. - You will NOT be trained in this position. - If you give an idea, the manager will take credit. - You will be on-call. If the manager doesnt like you, he will purposely put you in the on-call rotation on Christmas, Thanksgiving, your birthday or any important pre determined dates. - You will be worked like a slave. - There is no room for advancement.
