      Honestly I don't think there are any. Food maybe.

      Too much office politics, rude management and peers. Now it is just a big company with poor quality people.

      Avantages

      Compensation was strong and competitive. The people were genuinely good to work with, and on paper the mission is one you can get behind. Solid brand and a smart, capable workforce.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership often felt political and opaque. Success was difficult to define clearly, and it frequently seemed like the business quietly picked winners and losers rather than rewarding performance on transparent terms.
