      Great perks and competitive salary.

      Inconvénients

      It’s the only place I’ve worked (in a 20+ year career) where people regularly took time off (sometimes months) for work-related mental health issues. Endemic racism and bullying.

      Avantages

      Compensation was strong and competitive. The people were genuinely good to work with, and on paper the mission is one you can get behind. Solid brand and a smart, capable workforce.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership often felt political and opaque. Success was difficult to define clearly, and it frequently seemed like the business quietly picked winners and losers rather than rewarding performance on transparent terms.
