      Never two days the same Always learning something new

      Inconvénients

      Becoming more corporate by the day (although I don't think this can be helped) International offices can have less opportunity than ones in the US

      Avantages

      Compensation was strong and competitive. The people were genuinely good to work with, and on paper the mission is one you can get behind. Solid brand and a smart, capable workforce.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership often felt political and opaque. Success was difficult to define clearly, and it frequently seemed like the business quietly picked winners and losers rather than rewarding performance on transparent terms.
