      Inconvénients

      Hypergrowth is a term often used and experienced within LinkedIn. Growing at such a fast pace will create inevitable challenges, yet these pale in comparison to the team spirit and ethics embedded within the organisation. We are on this journey together, experiencing all the highs and not so highs, but the workforce are always focused, committed and inspired!

      Avantages

      Compensation was strong and competitive. The people were genuinely good to work with, and on paper the mission is one you can get behind. Solid brand and a smart, capable workforce.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership often felt political and opaque. Success was difficult to define clearly, and it frequently seemed like the business quietly picked winners and losers rather than rewarding performance on transparent terms.
