      HackDay!!! Amazing culture, opportunities to learn from some of the brightest! , respect to you and what you bring on the table, awesome intern program. Senior management is amazing and available to provide guidance.

      Inconvénients

      Compensation is at lower end of the range paid by similar companies. There isn't enough visibility on what other departments are working on and how it all comes together.

      Avantages

      Compensation was strong and competitive. The people were genuinely good to work with, and on paper the mission is one you can get behind. Solid brand and a smart, capable workforce.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership often felt political and opaque. Success was difficult to define clearly, and it frequently seemed like the business quietly picked winners and losers rather than rewarding performance on transparent terms.
