Management will destroy you motivation, yet claim they wouldn’t do it if they didn’t care. Management will micromanage but claim they don’t. Management will hold higher positions and never give them to you, and they will hold better pay above your head saying you can make $30+ an hour when there is not a single tech that makes that. For some higher tech they put in more hours, and more time away from the family in remote places with nothing in return.
