Avantages
I have the autonomy to succeed in this position. I am not in the office, but I receive as much support as I need from my Sales Director, support staff and upper management. The owners are engaged and appreciative of their staff. I am rewarded for my hard work and they are always thinking of ways to make it a bit more fun!. The annual sales training/ gala is always a treat. All of management is open to new ideas. It's a great place to work!
Inconvénients
As in all sales, some months are better than others. The product is superior to the competition, and not all consumers value this. Be prepared for a lean month every now and then!
