      Avantages

      Great people at all levels of the company - joining Prelude is like joining a family and everyone was supportive of each other and had a great time together and made lots of friends. Worked on many interesting and cutting-edge projects. I worked at Prelude for almost 11 years. Have learned a lot at PreludeSys that helped to build my career. One very positive aspect is on average every employee had completed at least 8-10 years before they made a move. Had many inspirational and motivational moments working at Prelude and will be always grateful and thankful for all the opportunities. Overall a good company to work for.

      Appraisal process and top-down communication needs little refinement.

      While the salary wasn't exceptional, it was enough to pay the bills and enjoy some occasional treats.

      I must say that my experience with the company's upper management was nothing short of dreams-crushing. HR executives often deal with sensitive employee information, which requires a high level of confidentiality. However here, this principle was treated with such disregard that it was truly upsetting. The derisory attitude of upper management towards HR's role in maintaining confidentiality was painfully evident. They consistently undermined our efforts to protect employee data, often insisting on having access to information they had no business seeing. This not only breached the trust of our employees but also the company at risk of legal ramifications.
