      Avantages

      I can work when I am available. The Lessonpal team is great to work with and very prompt to answer any questions I may have. The students want to be there.

      Avantages

      It's generally not hard to find people to tutor (especially during the school year), and the quality of students is generally pretty high. You do have to reply to a lot of ads, but if you do that you will find people. Lessonpal handles all of the payment stuff so I don't have to worry about that.

      Inconvénients

      You do have to pay your own self-employment taxes since Lessonpal isn't an employer and so doesn't send you a W-2 form.

      Able to find clients somewhat easily

      Inconvénients

      Everyone undercuts their rates, so hard to get payed well.
