The pay remains the same the entire time without a raise and if you get promoted they only offer $1 more even though your responsibilities significantly increase. Very little consideration when it comes to accommodating your schedule in order to manage your work-life and personal-life. The expectations are huge which would be a good thing if they didn’t pay as little as they do. Clients are treated like royalty and not held accountable for their actions. You will be expected to be their maid on top of a bht but you will not get compensation for such a thing. And the worst part is they don’t even disclose that before offering you the job, this is not listed as one of the responsibilities at all! So be ready to scrub toilets. If that’s your thing make your own cleaning business you’ll make more money that way. There are way better Rehabilitation Centers out there that will treat you better, have their own separate cleaning service and have more opportunities for growth.
