They trick you into joining by calling it "educational counselling," but the reality is just forcing people to buy expensive 1-lakh-rupee courses. Every single day, you are trapped in a high-pressure machine, forced to make 200 to 300 exhausting cold calls just to meet crazy sales targets. To make things worse, the manager is a complete bully who loves to embarrass and humiliate people in front of everyone. There is absolutely no respect or good work culture here.
