The people that work here are great. Can be good opportunities if you are in with the right people.

Inconvénients

Low pay, poor benefits. Can feel disorganised at times. Expected to work extremely hard for the low pay.

Avantages

1. New leadership has brought positive changes to the organization. 2. Decisions have been made in the best interest of the company and foster a culture of open collaboration. 3. Management actively listens to feedback and works to improve processes. 4. Focus on strengthening the North American sales team through in person onboarding bootcamps has improved collaboration and relationship building.

Inconvénients

1. Sales enablement resources need further development, though efforts are underway. 2. Limited tooling creates occasional barriers to efficiency.
