      Avantages

      Beautiful product. Family owned company working to foster the family atmosphere. Great sculpture garden that the public can visit for free.

      Inconvénients

      Management team that doesn't give a damn about anything but goals. Competitive culture between inside sales and outside sales with inside sales given no boundries to who or how they sell. One manager in particular does nothing to develop his "team".
