Avantages

You get to work from home. Other than that, no pros at all!

Inconvénients

- Lack of communication between the management and employees. - Lack of clarity in explaining company's leave& absence policy and holiday policy. - Only 3 Paid holidays but even in paid holidays you may be reported absent. - Every HR and every Scheduling Dept. officer would give you a different interpretation of the issues you are seeing in your paystub. - No unified coding when it comes to absence/leave/off days. No surprise if reality does not reflect the paper contract you received when you were first hired. - Too many technical issues and discrepancy in the scheduling. - Frequent transition from one call platform to another. - Management may decide to have you shift from one platform to another without notifying you ahead of time. You will end up showing as "absent" in their records while you work 8hrs in another platform. - No pay upgrade at all. - No promotion - You get to work for them 20 yrs without having a change for regular pay increase like other companies unless you fight for that. - tens of other issues which I am sick of dealing with on a daily basis. - People who monitor/assess or evaluate your performance are way behind you in performance and language capabilities. Their language is horrible. - Some full time employees have paid time off, others do not have at all.

Avantages

Providing communications help for health care, insurance, beginning of life, end of life, counseling, IT. Among the highest minutes in the industry. Great record keeping, and pay is only 7 days after the close of every month. The annual training as well as recertification is paid events. Offers relative independence, after several audits, if you comply with excellence in customer service, you are pretty much on your own.

Inconvénients

The minute rate is among the lower side among language companies. Find that while you can gain lots of successful advice from the company bulletin board, but offering advice is often better to those in authority.

Stay home. That's all. Nothing else.

Inconvénients

Fifteen seconds to recover between stressful calls. The health insurance they offer is super expensive for the poorly paid for hours you get. It does not match. Micromanage everything, constant supervised and not a proper guidance after being pointed the errors of the week. Extreme poorly paid for the higher quality of job that they want. The company charges 3 or 4 dollars for minute, but an interpreter gets paid 15 an hour before taxes. See the difference? Days off unpaid always. Not fair. Not even during sickness, grief or personal emergencies.
