Avantages
The most rewarding part of my experience as a Key Account Executive was the relationships I built with both my clients and colleagues. Working closely with a diverse range of accounts allowed me to truly understand their needs and become a trusted partner in supporting their goals.
Inconvénients
One of the more challenging aspects of the role was managing supply constraints and navigating frequent business reviews. Ensuring accounts had what they needed while aligning with internal expectations required strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills. However, those challenges ultimately strengthened my ability to be proactive, manage expectations, and deliver solutions under pressure
