Great place for junior and good people, depends on the departments.

Inconvénients

Bad management, micro management & old system. Non competitive salary, pays very low (The company is not value its workforce) Hard to get promoted.

they will take even if you don't have any degree but if you have technical orentaion and you fast learner

Inconvénients

They do not advocate promoting employees from within the company to more advanced positions. The salary is low relative to the industry.
