Avantages
The product actually great. The location is really good, it has a niche market in logistics warehouse with unique concept. Working with some of the experienced professional in real estate and logistics industry which is really nice for your knowledge. When you know how to negotiate, the remuneration is great and almost higher than the market.
Inconvénients
Poor management, poor communication and unclear objectives. The business model was actually fund management, so it only cares about the investor's interest. People thought that this is the developer which is isn't, even they don't have any authority to use the budget unless investor said so. Too many "cosmetics" to cover up the bad side of the company, which is unprofitable financial calculation caused by non sense expectation created by expatriate junior analyst that don't even any sense for Indonesia market. And finally it hurts many of my networks because of the non-sense criteria and deals that must be made before proceed to the transaction. Never seek career growth in this company. You will not have it. All that they do is to hire more senior people to become your manager which is not good because they are to selfish to hear input from their senior subordinates.
