But it feels like that was a smart decision so should calm down soon once everyone settles back in. - If you are super social and thrive on more in-person work + not a fan of zoom meetings then this might be a challenging place. - Working across different time zones and now global customers = some possible odd working hours but not for all and only occasionally. - 100% virtual also comes with challenges around communication, relationships, knowledge sharing, etc but Slack is super helpful and there's a weekly company wide meeting where we get regular updates and celebrate anniversaries & big wins.

A few teammates made tough projects easier to get through.

Leadership lost its way completely. They are always confused and change routes. The pay was average, and extra effort rarely led to anything meaningful. Time away from work was hard to protect, and many people stayed connected even during personal time. Support and training were limited, so most of us learned by trial and error. Leadership was horrible, and priorities changed so often that teams were always adjusting. The ceo talked a lot about big goals, but the day to day experience felt disconnected from those plans. If you want stability, beware, because layoffs, confusion, and people quietly leaving became a normal part of the culture.
