The company is run on pure favoritism and internal politics — hard work and talent mean absolutely nothing if you’re not in the “good books” of certain people. Long working hours are expected every single day, and no one even bothers to acknowledge the effort. There’s zero appreciation, zero respect, and zero balance between work and life. Management turns a blind eye to everything, and employees are left to deal with the chaos. Honestly, this place drains your motivation and passion completely. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values fairness or basic professional respect.
