Working at KnowBe4 has honestly been one of the best professional experiences I’ve ever had. From day one, the leadership has stood out as supportive, approachable, and committed to creating a positive environment where employees can thrive. It’s rare to find a company where leadership not only talks about culture but actively invests in making it a reality.
The work itself is engaging and genuinely fun. I actually look forward to coming into the office, which is something I never thought I’d say after coming from a previously toxic workplace. Here, when they say “have fun doing your job,” they truly mean it and they back it up with a culture that encourages collaboration, creativity, and balance.
One of the things I appreciate most is the opportunity for growth. There are so many ways to learn, develop new skills, and explore different paths within the company. It really feels like a place where you can build a long-term career rather than just hold a job.
