Avantages
Company is willing to pay well for good people. They pride themselves on quality work and appreciate those who go the extra mile. I've been here about 5 years and the only people I've seen let go are the ones that needed to be. Employees are expected to step up to the plate and fill roles as the work load demands. On the other hand you're given the freedom to do so and respect when you do it well. This is a fast growing company that truly cares about it's employees and strives to keep "the good ones". Owners are personally invested and seem to have their sights set on making a great company. They take pride in our motto "Honor, Integrity, Service"
Inconvénients

Growing pains are evident at this time. Management is working to better define roles and procedures but the transition has been a little rocky. They are working hard to overcome these obstacles but it will take time...
