      Forward thinking, highly motivated team and leadership that will bring out the best in employees. Opinions are valued and respected and it is easy to feel like you make an impact in a growing organization.

      Inconvénients

      It's a growing company, so one can end up wearing a few hats. Par for the course at this stage I would say.

      Long term goals change every few months, late paychecks, benefits cancelled, 401k money missing, completely mismanaged.
