The most important take away from this job is that having the owner of the firm as my boss allowed me to be able to endure any boss that I encounter in the future. She will definitely give you the skills to deal with challenging bosses.

The owner of the firm does not respect her staff. She frequently takes out her personal stress on her staff and therefore, the turnover is very high. Starting pay as a Legal Assistant was very low and not competitive with the market.
