Inconvénients
Boring job- no real connection to company- people working in the office party and post about it all the time on slack and then literally ask concierge at meetings why they don't feel connected to the company- the company is impressively bad at responding to and caring for its clients- the gossip and childishness from all employees- they will treat you badly even if you go above and beyond your job description- they will change your schedule and fire you for no reason with no notice- They hire unprofessional, rude people for management positions that will not help you out when you're dealing with difficult and potentially dangerous situations- I could keep going, basically they treat their concierge and floater concierge as disposable, they only think of you as a body at a desk and literally don't care who you are. They will and do hire anyone and then fire them at a moments notice. Don't apply here if you are looking for fulfilling work or job security.
